Shipping policy

All local orders are shipped via a tracked courier. We charge S$5 for courier for any orders below $S70. 
Orders will take approximately 3-5 working days to be dispatched. Do expect slight delays during the festive seasons, sale periods, and other major holidays in Singapore.

We do not accept liability for any lost or damaged items once they have left our care. We will not provide replacements, reimbursements or refunds.

Please note that prices of product shown do not include shipping charges.

International shipping is only via registered postage, and starts from S$15.00 (with limited tracking). The total will be calculated upon invoicing, and is base on the total weight of your order + packaging and the destination. Every country has its own customs laws, and your order may incur additional charges such as, but not limited to, taxes, import fees whilst in transit. We will not be responsible for any of these additional charges, and they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs so that they can reach you. Lastly, we do not do false declaration of total amount (S$) paid for your items. Please note that prices of product shown do not include shipping charges.
